This past weekend's pictures are here! See shots of me dressed up to celebrate my Dad's birthday, at a baseball game, and many others.
My father was able to snap a picture, under the guise of photographing my aunts at the end of the table:
Do you think he is in training for the World Beard and Moustache Championships? I don't think he's quite attained the elite status of some of those guys, but he does have another year or so before the Berlin event.
It's also possible that he aspires to join The Handlebar Club.
I am growing! A visit to the Doctor for measurements confirmed this. I am now:
10 lbs., 14 oz. (95% percentile)
22.58 inches long (off the charts)
This is a gain of about one inch and two pounds since I left the hospital! My dad says I have to stop working out with Barry Bonds’ trainer.
My physical condition was otherwise reported to be excellent.
Yesterday was my Dad’s birthday. Happy Birthday Dad! We had a fun birthday weekend, involving going out for a steak dinner, opening presents, going to church, and hanging out with family. Check out the photos which are coming soon here.
I also want to recognize the birth yesterday of my new friend, Nathan Kiningham.
I apologize to all of my readers who have lately had difficulty viewing pictures on this site. This has been due to a problem with our server, and should be resolved very soon.
I went to my first MLB game last night! Actually, it was my first time at any sport. Along with my grandparents, aunts, uncles, and Caroline, I watched and slept through Texas beating Kansas City 6-3. It was a fun game - a lot of action, including two home runs (with accompanying fireworks).
Mom said I couldn't have a hot dog, but I enjoyed the ballpark just the same. It was a little bit loud. Not loud enough, however, to keep me from sleeping through much of the game.

I get to go to my first baseball game tonight!
- A really nice steak, with some potatoes. III Forks, Del Frisco, and Ruth's Chris are good options.
- A showerhead exactly like the one Grandma and Grandpa Zeller have, with a corresponding turn on/turn off control.
- A flatscreen moniter like Luke's for an enhanced study experience.
- A fine detail job on his car, including leather conditioning (it needs it) and possibly airplane gloss. Since we're on the subject of his car, he'd like the antenna fixed as well.
- Yard tools: such items as a Weedeater, Edger, and Blower
- A new keen bathing suit, size XXL
- A new pair of Jeans, size 42x34 (only available online from any store that matters)
- No spare DVDs
Hopefully these ideas will get you thinking along the right lines!
News Flash:
The man known to the family as "Cousin John," has phoned the Meadowood residence, indicating the possibility of a visit tonight. No further information about the call is available, as he spoke to Hannah. Details to follow.
Some of John T.'s fine work

If you like that one, click below to view pictures of me from a few days ago when I came home from the hospital and my family was here from Califorina. Included are pics of me in the hospital, at home, and on outings to the mall and to the park.
Here are the pictures.
That's a good question, especially considering that my Father registered emmettzeller.com one whole week ago. We're just waiting on Uncle Luke to set up the hosting. How about it, Uncle Luke?
My sister has eight teeth coming in and is a bit of a basketcase (Dad says women tend to be that way). Because of this, we took her home to bed rather than staying for the second service.
We did return to church for the evening service. At that service, I fussed during the singing but went to sleep and slept through the sermon.
Uganda! I'm glad your birthday is so close to mine.
Caroline has a cold and a fever and a lot of new teeth coming in. We
are hoping she gets better soon.
I'm still not at all sure about this going to sleep in a bed thing. I would much rather be held. Why lie down to sleep when I'll be hungry in another 30 minutes anyway? I'm a growing boy, so I need to eat a lot. My mom is very nice about taking care of me and feeding me.
I’m proud to announce the birth of Emmett Scott Zeller yesterday (5/10) at 5:30 PM. He weighed 9 lbs. 2 oz., and is 21 inches long. We thank God for bringing him and Heather both safely through the delivery. They are both doing very well.
“Emmett” is the Hebrew word for “truth.” As our son comes into a world where truth is increasingly viewed as subjective and relative, we want him to know that there is such a thing as absolute truth, and that it is found in God and in His Word. The Bible uses this word in many places, a few of which come to mind:
Psalm 115:1 “Not to us, O LORD, not to us, But to Your name give glory Because of Your lovingkindness, because of Your truth.”
2 Samuel 7:28 “Now, O Lord GOD, You are God, and Your words are truth”
Psalm 86:11 “Teach me Your way, O LORD; I will walk in Your truth”
Emmett’s middle name, “Scott,” is in honor of his uncle Scott Zeller. We pray that Emmett would come to have the same love for God and love for people that is so evident in Scott’s life.
