Shots, Scales, and Stats

I am a bit under the weather currently as I recieved 3 shots today. The nurse made some comment about how my fat thighs would help with the pain, but I am afraid she was mistaken. Besides the shots, I was given a thourough examination by my doctor who, unlike the nurse, did not call me fat. She thought I was a very big, strong, healthy boy. That's what I like to hear! For those of you who might be interested, I weighed in at a whopping 19 lbs. 13 oz. and was 27 in. long. These stats put me well above the 95th percentile for my age (4 months 3 weeks) and on my way to playing football for the Cowboys!
Anyway enough about the doctor and my weight, please be sure to check out my new pictures. I'm especially proud of the one entitled "smile." There are also some pretty cute pictures of Carrie in the first of the fall leaves. Sadly the leaves made me uncomfortable, so I do not appear in any of the leaf pictures.
One last thing before I go. I would like to thank my sister Caroline for all of the tender, loving care she gave me today in the midst of my trials. Her kisses made everything much better!
Dear Emmett, Sorry its taken so long to get back to you - as you know, my technical skills aren't quite as developped as yours, and India's internet facilities havn't been the most reliable of late. We loved seeing your photos and hope your chubby thighs feel better soon. Thanks for keeping us up to date on the important happenings on that side of the world.
